李易璇女士為資深藝術行政人員，曾於多個香港主要文化機構擔任要職，將分享她在藝術行政與文化藝術發展方面的實戰經驗與專業見解。

講者簡介
李易璇女士為資深藝術行政人員，現任香港芭蕾舞團行政總監，曾於香港話劇團、香港文化中心、香港舞蹈團及香港藝穗會擔任策劃、教育及管理等領導職務。她曾出任汕頭大學長江藝術與設計學院行政總監、副院長／副教授，以及該校體育園文化藝術發展總監。現為香港中文大學客席副教授，並參與多個與文化及藝術教育相關的專業諮詢委員會，同時為香港舞蹈聯盟執委及唐婭藝術工作室榮譽顧問。

Ms. Lee is a seasoned arts administrator with extensive leadership experience across Hong Kong’s major cultural institutions. She will share insights from her professional journey in arts administration and cultural development.

Speaker bio
Ms. Heidi Lee Yik-shuen is a seasoned arts administrator and the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Ballet. She has held key roles across Hong Kong’s major cultural institutions, including the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre, Hong Kong Cultural Centre, Hong Kong Dance Company, and Hong Kong Fringe Club, with extensive leadership experience in programming, education, planning, and management.
