About the Speaker:
Lin is Vice President, Senior Specialist, and Head of Sale for Chinese Ceramics and Works of Art at Christie’s Hong Kong.
She joined Christie’s in 2010 and manages the full auction cycle—identifying and securing consignments, conducting scholarly research, authoring authoritative catalogue entries, and advising an international clientele of collectors. As an auctioneer, she regularly conducts auctions in Hong Kong and internationally.
Prior to Christie’s, she served as a docent at Taipei’s National Palace Museum. Lin holds a B.S. in Biology from Cornell University and an M.Litt. in the Arts of China from Christie’s Education, London. A native of Taipei, she is fluent in Mandarin and English, with an international background spanning Taiwan, the U.S., the U.K., and Hong Kong that informs her cross-cultural client advisory work.
