迅速謹慎面對騷前災難 韓娛樂產業應變可借鑑
【香港中文大學文化及宗教研究系研究助理教授李庸宇接受明報的採訪報道】 【明報專訊】大埔宏福苑滔天大火奪去性命與家園，濃霧籠罩全港，許多節目和活動宣布延期或取消。少數如韓國音樂頒獎禮2025 MAMA Awards（簡稱MAMA）在火災隔日發出公告指如期舉行。最終頒獎禮捨棄華麗舞台效果，更改表演項目，增設慰問和默哀環節，藝人和表演者都換上深色調衣著，連串應變決策只在一兩天內落實。原為高度商業化的K-pop盛事，在引發輿論爭議和道德質疑之間，極速且謹慎拿揑，樹立了典範，背後同時折射出韓國社會的特性和娛樂產業的系統化。 明報記者 何詩韻 MAMA事隔7年重返香港，一連兩日於啟德主場館舉行，是今年度繼Art Basel後的另一個文化藝術盛事基金資助項目。演出及頒獎嘉賓名單自10月起陸續公布，包括G-DRAGON、SUPER JUNIOR、Stray Kids、aespa、朴寶劍和周潤發等。但11月26日的無情大火吞噬大埔7廈，引人期待已久的MAMA會否如期舉行成疑。27日下午，MAMA發出聲明向火災的罹難者和家屬表示深切慰問，並說明頒獎典禮將改去華麗的舞台效果，融入「支持香港」的主題，透過「充滿慰藉和希望」的音樂會共同分擔悲痛、緬懷逝者，以音樂帶來撫慰和勇氣，「我們將秉持責任感，盡力做到最好」，之後也宣布取消紅地氈環節、下「禁笑令」，要求藝人抵達香港機場時，勿向媒體或粉絲做出「過度興奮或明亮表情，避免媒體和公眾誤解」。 調整活動重心 體恤受眾情緒 整場頒獎典禮的定調莊重，兩日分別由朴寶劍和周潤發帶領默哀儀式，藝人穿上以黑白灰配色為主的深色調服裝，並配有黑絲帶，每當他們出來頒獎或領獎前都先送上慰問信息。藝人也沒有像歷屆般坐在台下一起觀看表演和互動；涉及火焰或燃燒等元素的表演一律避開，包括更改歌詞，例如MEOVV《Burning Up》中的「Got me burning up」改為「Got me turn it up」、「停止呼吸也可以（숨이…

【香港中文大學文化管理專業應用副教授林國偉接受明報的採訪報道】 【明報專訊】康文署為培育藝術行政人員，自2010/11年起分別自行或資助伙伴藝團聘請見習員。本報發現，康文署轄下見習員職位皆列為「空缺」而未見招聘，受惠藝團亦確認署方已停發撥款。香港藝術行政人員協會主席錢敏華表示，計劃孕育不少行內中堅，認為若「因政府沒錢而取消，也挺可惜」，盼當局牽頭鼓勵企業贊助延續計劃。有學者建議，政府可藉重整資助計劃的契機，思考培訓人才的方向。 明報記者 葉希雯
